Since we are a mobile spa typically there aren’t any additional charges. However, additional cost applies if the total cost of your treatment is less than N65,000 and if your area is extremely remote and outside of our travel zone.

At Skin Esthetique, we exclusively use medically-approved professional-grade prescriptive skincare products that are specifically formulated to correct a variety of skin conditions. Our products have been clinically tested and proven to be both safe and effective for long-term use, without any short or long-term consequences.

We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for individual treatments and two weeks’ notice for group treatments to allow us to allocate our resources to other clients. In the event of a cancellation made less than 24 hours before an individual treatment or less than one week before a group treatment, payment will be required in full for that service, except in cases where the cancellation is due to circumstances beyond your control, which will be verified on a case-by-case basis.

We receive bank transfers, POS payment and you can also pay via the website on the ‘Book Consultation’ page

We require only a source of water supply at different temperatures and a drainage system. In the event that these are not available, we kindly request that two buckets are provided – one with your preferred temperature of water (preferably lukewarm) and the other bucket empty. All other supplies required for your treatment will be provided by us.

We only need a space for our bed which is the size of a student bed

At Skin Esthetique, we take client confidentiality very seriously. We have a strict confidentiality policy that ensures your personal information, treatment records, and any other private details you share with us remain confidential. We understand the sensitive nature of some skin conditions and treatments, and we assure you that your privacy and confidentiality will be protected at all times.

Typically between 4 weeks to 6 months depending on your skin condition and overall skin health.

No, our peel and heal system deeply peels and heals the skin simultaneously, eliminating any shedding or peeling after a skin peel session.

Yes, our products are safe for pregnant women and nursing mothers, with the exception of the cellulite treatment range which contains stimulating ingredients. All other treatments and products are safe for use.

While it’s not necessary to use the products forever, maintaining a good skincare routine is recommended. Please note that prescription-only products tend to be more effective than over-the-counter options.

After consultation and receiving products, continue with the treatment plan. While improvements can be seen within 6 weeks, the plan duration depends on your skin’s condition. Regular follow-ups will be conducted to check your progress.

A treatment plan includes a daily skincare routine with prescription products and the possibility of advanced in-clinic treatments for some customers.

For chemical peels or electro therapy, there may be reddening or tingling during the treatment. It usually resolves within 5 minutes. However, you have to strictly adhere to your aftercare advice.
